Agreements are exclusive in nature. This bars the buyers agent from taking on a conflicting brief, but also prevents the buyer from taking on another buyers agent for a particular brief.
You can work with another buyers agent on a different brief. For example, there’s no issue with you buying with us, and buying with an agent in another city.
