Yes. We’ll often send through listings and property links for questions, education, and clarification around the brief — but we won’t move a property through our process until we’ve inspected it for, or with, you.
Effective negotiation comes down to information, and we gather as much as possible. Without inspecting properties ourselves, we’re leaving a lot to guesswork, which doesn’t guarantee the best outcome for our clients. Be wary of buyers agents who don’t physically inspect properties themselves, because they’re unable to apply the thing you’re paying them for — their judgement.
