Ultimately, it depends on the issue you’re trying to solve. We primarily aim to give time-poor professionals and business owners their time back. Doing a search on your own won’t solve that issue.
In our experience, we’ve seen people do more research on a $10k holiday than a $1 million purchase. We’ve had many buyers we’ve spoken with decide to do the purchase on their own, and we’ve seen them make horrendous, expensive mistakes. This causes us a lot of grief, but sometimes they’ll only find out in hindsight — or in the several years it takes for an issue to develop.
